Mar Thoma Cheriapally is the mother church of a growing network of affiliated chapels and prayer halls across Kothamangalam and neighbouring areas. These centres bring Holy Qurbana, feast celebrations, and pastoral care closer to communities that have long been linked to Cheriapally.
From the historic Chakkalakkudi Chapel — where the Kanni 20 Perunnal procession begins — to parish chapels in Karukadam, Venduvazhi, Thankalam, and Ramalloor, each chapel carries forward the faith and traditions of the mother church. Institution chapels at the hospital, nursing college, and MBITS serve patients, students, and staff in their daily spiritual life.

Near the Kozhippilly river where St. Yeldo Mar Baselios first arrived in the Kothamangalam region. Consecrated on 19 September 2003. The Kanni 20 Perunnal procession begins here each year with prayers before proceeding to Cheriapally.
Established at Mar Baselios Medical Mission Hospital (MBMM) in 1978. A place of prayer and comfort for patients, families, and healthcare staff at one of Kerala's leading church-run hospitals.
The first chapel established under Cheriapally. Rebuilt and consecrated in 2009, it continues to serve the faithful of Karukadam with regular worship and the feast of the Assumption of St. Mary.
Consecrated on 15 May 1998. A centre of devotion to St. George (Geevarghese Sahada), serving the Venduvazhi area with Holy Qurbana on alternate Sundays and annual feast celebrations.
Consecrated on 27 December 2013 in honour of St. Thomas the Apostle — the patron of Cheriapally. Holy Qurbana is celebrated on the first and third Sundays of each month.
The chapel was consecrated in 2011. Dedicated to St. Yeldo Mar Baselios, this chapel extends the pilgrimage tradition of Cheriapally to the Ramalloor community.

Established in 2023 at Mar Baselios Institute of Technology and Science (MBITS), Nellimattom. A prayer hall for students and staff of the engineering college under the Mar Basil Group.
